This page explains how to remove local Hive data from your device and how to request deletion of account-backed data Hive holds.

Delete data stored on your device

Some Hive data may live locally on your iPhone. You can remove local data by using in-app reset options where available or deleting the Hive app from the device.

Request deletion of account-backed data

If you created a Hive account, account-backed data may be stored on Hive's backend services. To request deletion, email support:

What may be deleted

On a verified request, Hive deletes account records and associated account-backed personal data we hold, such as profile data, saved logs, coach memory, and messages where stored on the backend. Some information may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup reasons.

Subscription note

Deleting a Hive account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. To cancel Pro, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Hive, and cancel through Apple.

How long it takes

We aim to action verified deletion requests as soon as possible, and within 30 days where applicable. Some requests may take longer if identity verification or legal review is required.
