These terms govern your use of Hive Fitness. By using Hive, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

What Hive is

Hive Fitness is a fitness and wellness app for food logging, water, cardio, body progress, recovery context, daily priorities, and HEX guidance. Hive is not a medical service.

Free includes core fitness tracking and local health/fitness features. Pro adds AI-powered guidance and deeper insights. Plan details are shown in the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your region, to use Hive. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Hive only with involvement from a parent or guardian.

Your account and responsibility

You are responsible for your account, the data you enter, and how you act on Hive's guidance. Use judgment, stop any activity that feels unsafe, and seek qualified help for medical concerns.

Fitness guidance only

Hive and HEX provide general fitness and wellness guidance for informational purposes. Hive is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise, nutrition, or health program, especially if you have a medical condition.

AI limits

HEX AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-critical decisions. Food, workout, and progress estimates can be approximate and should be reviewed before use.

Subscriptions and Apple billing

Hive Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store where available. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after Apple's confirmation flow, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before renewal.

Managing or cancelling a subscription: open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Hive does not process card payments directly.

Acceptable use

• Use Hive only for lawful personal fitness and wellness purposes.
• Do not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• Do not submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or rights-violating content.
• Do not try to bypass subscription, credit, or account controls.

Data and permissions

You control what you enter and which optional iOS permissions you grant. Read the Privacy Policy for details on account data, food logs, water logs, cardio/run data, body metrics, Apple Health or motion permissions, camera, microphone, photos, and AI coach messages.

Intellectual property

Hive Fitness, HEX, the Hive name, visual identity, website, app design, and software are owned by Hive and protected by applicable law. Your own content remains yours; you grant Hive only the permission needed to provide the product to you.

Changes and availability

Hive may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features. Some features may be available only in certain builds, regions, devices, accounts, or subscription states.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Hive is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on guidance, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using Hive at any time and may request deletion of account-backed data. Hive may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service or violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Hive evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The last-updated date above reflects the latest version.
